Cartana TS is a specialized tablet designed specifically for integration with the Cartana POS platform, catering to restaurants of all sizes. This device enables staff to take dine-in orders directly at the table and efficiently manage customer check-ins for waiting lists. It connects seamlessly with other devices within the restaurant, facilitating the routing of orders to kitchen or network printers deployed throughout the establishment. A Cartana Cloud account is required for the registration of the Cartana TS.

Setup: After registration, users can log in using their employee ID and PIN. Preferences for using the device can be configured via the “Admin” screen.

Dine-in Order: By selecting "Dine-In," users will access a layout showing rooms and tables, similar to what is available on MASTER POS or WORKSTATION POS. Simply click on a table to initiate the ordering screen.

Print: The print function allows orders to be sent directly to printers connected to MASTER POS, operating in a manner consistent with the POS system.

Payment: The payment processing feature permits users to create records for credit card transactions exclusively.

Check-in: This functionality provides a streamlined method for checking in guests from the waiting list, allowing staff to assign tables and take orders directly at their assigned seats. Future updates will enable Cartana members to place their own dine-in orders independently.
